Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans water
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in fat.
    Add soups and water.
    Mix well.
    Add raw rice and blend throughly.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Then uncover and cover top with buttered bread crumbs and bake 15 more minutes or until rice is tender.
