Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. crumbled Bleu cheese (1 oz.)
    1 c. milk
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1/3 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled (about 10)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour and blend.
    Add cream cheese and Bleu cheese.
    Combine well.
    Add milk slowly and cook until it becomes a cream sauce.
    Add broccoli.
    Place in casserole and top with Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
