Burgundy Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. red cooking wine
    1 beef bouillon cube, crumbled
    3/4 c. water with 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together and shape into 1-inch meat balls.
    Brown meat balls in salad oil. Drain on paper towel. In a saucepan, combine wine, bouillon, water and flour. Bring to a boil. Add sugar and put meat balls in pan.
    Bring to a boil again and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
