Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
1 c. oil
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa

Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add cocoa, oil and water.
Mix well.
Mix flour and sugar.
Add cocoa and oil mixture.
Add egg, buttermilk and baking soda.
Mix well.
Pour into a large greased sheet pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
