Festive Chicken(For 2 Of Us) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 bacon strips
2 chicken breasts with skin and bone
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Wrap two bacon strips around chicken breast.
Place in shallow baking dish and set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients and pour over chicken, turning to coat evenly.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Drain.
Reserve marinade.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade.
