Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
salt and pepper
2 medium green peppers, cut into rings
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
Put in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Top each pork chop with a green pepper ring.
Spoon rice into ring.
Chop remainder of pepper and put into tomato sauce with water, onion, salt and pepper.
Pour over pork chops and rice. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
