Norwegian Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. (heaping) chopped apples
Preparation

Beat well the eggs.
Beat in sugar and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Fold in nuts and apples.
Bake in two greased 9-inch pie plates, metal, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes; Pyrex at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
