Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. strawberry jello
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 c. frozen strawberries
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Let water come to a boil; add jello.
    Choose bowl you want to serve dessert in.
    Put in frozen strawberries; pour jello over strawberries.
    Add crushed pineapple.
    Halve mixture.
    Put both mixtures in refrigerator to chill.
    Spread sour cream over top; add the remaining mixture.
    Top with pecans.
