Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans corn (white Shoe Peg)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 large can English peas
1 onion, chopped fine
1 stack Ritz crackers
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese and crackers.
Pour into large buttered baking dish.
Spread grated cheese over this to cover.
Then spread crackers (crushed) over cheese and casserole. Bake until good and bubbly or long enough for vegetables to be tender.
