My Husband'S Favorite Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
    1 c. hot water
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine butter, sugar, salt, potato flakes and hot water. Set aside.
    Sprinkle yeast on lukewarm water and stir until dissolved.
    Add yeast and one cup flour to potato mixture.
    Beat with mixer for 3 minutes.
    Gradually, add remaining flour to make soft dough that pulls away from sides of bowl.
    Place dough in greased bowl or baking dish.
    Turn over to grease top.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled about 1 1/2 hours.
    Place dough on floured surface.
    Divide into about 24 pieces.
    Shape slightly into balls.
    Place balls into greased baking pan.
    Set aside and let rise for 45 minutes.
    Brush with melted butter and then bake until brown about 2 minutes.
