Angel Biscuits #3 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 envelope dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour.
    Add sugar and cut in shortening.
    The mix should look like coarse crumbs.
    Add yeast (dissolved in warm water) and buttermilk.
    Mix lightly, but thoroughly and knead 5 minutes. Refrigerate in covered container.
