Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 tsp. paprika
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. beef stock or bouillon cubes and water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add milk, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Let stand a few minutes.
    Add parsley and beef.
    Mix and shape in balls and brown in half the butter.
    Remove from pan.
