Fried Onion Rings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 large onions
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic and parsley salt
1 c. Wesson oil
Preparation

Slice onions and separate into rings.
Make a batter of the beaten egg and milk.
Sift together flour and seasoned salt.
Dip onion rings into egg, then flour and cook in hot Wesson oil until golden brown.
Serve hot.
