Blue Ribbon Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cup oil
    2 cup sugar
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cups grated carrots
    1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 cup nuts, your choice, chopped
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar in large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift in dry ingredients.
    Add vanilla, carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Line 14 x 10 pan with waxed paper (or cake WILL stick and come apart).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until done.
    Cool completely.
