Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    4 eggs, unbeaten
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Put sugar, flour and corn meal in bowl.
    Toss lightly with fork and add eggs, butter, milk, lemon rind and lemon juice.
    Beat until smooth and thoroughly blended.
    Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0
    oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cuts warm.
