Beef 'N Potato Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes (raw)
    1 Tbsp. cut up onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs or rolled oats
    1/4 c. catsup or chili sauce
    1/4 c. cut up onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange evenly in greased 2-quart baking dish, potatoes, 1 tablespoon onion, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and parsley.
    Mix in bowl ground beef, evaporated milk and cracker crumbs or rolled oats.
    Spread evenly over potatoes.
    Decorate top with ketchup, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
