Pot Or Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. roast (more or less)
    garlic cloves
    salt and pepper
    Italian seasoning
Preparation
    With a small knife, make slits in several places on roast. Place garlic cloves or pieces of cloves into these slits. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes per pound.
