Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and add to egg mixture.
    Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Grease and flour 3 (9-inch) cake pans.
    Pour in batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
