Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 2 cups warm water; add sugar, margarine and egg.
    Stir in flour.
    Beat and mix well.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Mix well keep in refrigerator for about 1 week.
    Makes about 2 dozen rolls.
