Cranberry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 or 4 lb. chicken pieces
 
1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing
Preparation

                            Place chicken pieces in a 3-quart casserole.
 
Mix cranberry sauce, soup mix and French dressing.
Pour over chicken and marinate 1 to 2 hours (or longer).
Turn chicken pieces occasionally.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, turning chicken once to brown on all sides.
Serve on rice.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
