Po Boy Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker or toasted bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix well first 6 ingredients.
    Shape into loaf or narrow shape. Let stand in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
    Slice and fry until brown.
    Place in roaster in layers and cover with mushroom soup.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
