Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Cheddar or American cheese to taste
cracker crumbs
paprika
Preparation

Cut cabbage in wedges and steam until tender in lightly salted water; drain well in colander while making sauce.
