Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 large onions, sliced thick
    10 large potatoes, sliced thick
    3 to 4 carrots, sliced thick
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet.
    Brown onion ring slices, salt and pepper each layer.
    Layer as follows:
    potatoes, meat, onions, carrots and potatoes in a roasting pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
