Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla and mix well.
    Pour into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Combine brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter and mix well.
    Spread over sweet potato mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 8.
