Butterscotch Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. condensed milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add sugar and milk.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add powdered sugar slowly, stirring constantly.
    Pour on cake while still warm.
    Cut into bars and serve with whipped cream.
