Super Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
salt to taste
liquid hot pepper seasoning
1 (16 to 32 oz.) can refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
2 to 3 c. mild cheese, grated
3/4 c. prepared green or red taco sauce
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can avocado dip or 1 avocado, mashed
1 c. sour cream
parsley sprigs
Preparation

Brown beef and onion. Drain well. Season with salt and pepper, seasoning to taste.
Spread beans in shallow 10 x 15-inch baking pan. Top evenly with meat mixture. Sprinkle chilies over meat mixture. Cover with cheese and drizzle with taco sauce. Cover and chill, if made ahead.
Bake, uncovered, in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with green onions, sour cream and olives.
Mound avocado in center. Garnish with parsley sprigs. Serve with corn chips.
