Chicken Delicious - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 large potatoes, quartered
1 tsp. each: oregano and paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
9 or so pieces cut up chicken
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Arrange potato quarters in large, shallow 3-quart casserole. Mix seasonings and sprinkle half of it over the potatoes.
Arrange chicken and sausage over the potatoes.
(You can either cut up sausage or remove from casing and lay little sausage balls on top of the chicken.)
Pour oil over and sprinkle on remaining seasonings.
Cover and bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes more or until nicely browned.
