Diana'S Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 corn tortillas
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Line the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish with 6 tortillas. Brown ground beef with onion, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. Drain and spread meat mixture over tortillas. Layer beans, undrained. Layer sliced cheese over beans. Cover with remaining tortillas. Combine soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes; pour over casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
