Mushroom And Onion Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    pepper to taste
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 unbaked 9 or 10-inch pie shell (preferably whole wheat)
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk, scalded
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine. Add lemon juice and wine.
    In a separate bowl, combine cheese, flour, dry milk, salt and pepper.
    Cool milk; add to cheese mixture and add eggs.
    Stir in onion mixture.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 40 minutes.
