Chicken Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    potatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 small onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 can English peas
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in stick of butter until tender. Put chicken, potatoes, can of Ro-Tel, sauteed onion and bell peppers in a Pyrex dish and cook in oven at 350\u00b0 until chicken and potatoes are done, then add English peas.
    Put back in oven until peas are hot.
    Good served over rice.
