Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Spray bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Sprinkle on bottom of pan, pecans and coconut.
Mix cake mix as directed on package and pour over pecans and coconut.
Mix cream cheese, oleo, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Pour or glob (mixture will be thick) on top of cake mix.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
