Chalupa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork roast
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 pods garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in slow cooker, Dutch oven, etc.
    Cover with water (more water can be added during cooking, if needed). Cover and cook slowly for approximately 8 hours or longer.
    After 5 hours, remove roast, debone and shred meat.
    Return meat to pot and continue cooking.
    Serve with taco or Fritos chips, grated cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions and taco sauce.
    Also makes a great filling for burritos.
