Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    2 yellow onions
    2 purple onions
    4 or 5 carrots
    3 bell peppers
    2 bunches broccoli
    1 cauliflower
    3 or 4 yellow squash
    2 or 3 zucchini squash
    salt
    garlic powder
    seasoning salt
    1 lb. Parkay margarine
Preparation
    In a large roasting pan, cut potatoes into large French fries shape.
    Cover bottom of pan.
    Add the rest of the vegetables. Season with salt, garlic powder and seasoning salt on top.
    Cut 3 sticks of Parkay up on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake on low for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
    Remove from oven.
    Cut up 1 stick Parkay on top and let melt.
