Chicken Or Turkey Rouladens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken or turkey breasts
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    6 paper thin slices Prosciutto or smoked ham
    1/2 c. flour
    salt
    pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    6 to 8 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Pound chicken or turkey breast very thin.
    Cut cheese a little smaller than breasts.
    Place on breasts; cover with ham.
    Roll up; fasten with toothpicks or thread.
    Roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Dip in the eggs, then in bread crumbs.
    Melt oleo in skillet; saute the rolls over low heat until browned on all sides.
