Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Pour water over oatmeal and let stand 20 minutes.
    Cream margarine; add sugars and eggs.
    Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Add oatmeal to mixture and beat for 2 more minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Bake 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
