Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small fresh mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) bottle red wine vinaigrette dressing
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Clean and trim ends from mushrooms; set aside.
    Combine the next 6 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in mushrooms.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Cover; chill 8 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Drain and serve.
    Great appetizer.
