Calopie(Pinto Beans And Pork Roast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans (2 c.)
    2 to 3 lb. pork roast
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. comino seed
    1 tsp. oregano
    3 tsp. salt (not too much)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 small can green chiles
Preparation
    Mix all together and cover with water. Cook on very low heat for about 4 hours.
    I cut the roast in big slices and all was done in 3 hours. Serves 4 generously.
