Fried Chicken Coating Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. dried tarragon
1 Tbsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Combine the first nine ingredients.
Store in an airtight container.
When ready to fry chicken, dip into the egg and milk mixture then into the coating and fry in oil.
