Homemade Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 capfuls liquid garlic or 4 cloves
4 large onions, diced
1 c. diced green peppers
1 can tomatoes
2 tsp. red crushed pepper
4 lb. round steak or roast
6 pieces skinless chicken
2 small bottles barbecue sauce
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Cook garlic, onions, peppers, tomatoes and red crushed peppers together until tender.
Add water as needed.
Make sure that the fat is cut off the meat.
Then cook the steak and chicken together in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes.
(Do not save broth.) After cooking the meats, tear apart.
Then add all the ingredients, including the sugar and barbecue sauce together. Cook until cooked down.
Serves 6 to 10 people or can be frozen.
