Quiche 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep dish frozen pie crusts
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cans small shrimp
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 large can mushrooms
Preparation
    Beat eggs and cream together.
    Stir in pepper and Swiss cheese.
    Saute shrimp and mushrooms for 10 minutes; add onion and salt, if desired.
    Stir into egg/cheese mixture.
    Pour into pie crusts.
    Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden.
