Quick Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cubed
    1 1/2 c. frozen seasonings
    1 box frozen peas and carrots
    2 potatoes, cubed
    2 c. beef broth
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. roux
    1/2 c. onion tops and parsley
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown steak in oil.
    Remove and add roux and one cup of water. Add seasonings; cook 10 minutes.
    Put steak back in and add beef broth.
    Cook about one hour.
    Add potatoes and peas and carrots. Cook 1/2 hour.
    Add tops and parsley.
    Serve over grits or rice.
