Winnie The Pooh'S Microwave Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
Preparation
    Break the eggs into a 5 or 6-cup glass bowl and beat lightly with a fork.
    Add the milk and sugar and beat again until it is well mixed.
    Microwave on High for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, just until the custard starts to thicken.
    It will continue to cook after you take it out of the microwave.
    Stir in vanilla or lemon extract.
    Pour the custard into 6 custard cups. Cover the cups with waxed paper and let the custard cool and set completely.
    Serves 6.
