Orange Buttermilk Molded Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring pineapple and sugar to boil.
    Remove from heat and stir in gelatin.
    Cool to room temperature and add buttermilk.
    Fold in topping and pecans.
    Pour into 8-cup mold and chill 4 hours or overnight.
