Praline Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie crust, flute to make a stand up edge
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
    1 tsp. salt
    whipped cream
Preparation
    To make praline layer:
    Cream butter with one-third cup brown sugar in small bowl.
    Stir in pecans.
    Press over bottom of pie shell in even layer.
    Bake in hot 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes; remove.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Lower heat to 350\u00b0.
