Sausage Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust shell
    1/2 lb. bulk hot pork sausage
Preparation
    Pop frozen pie crust out of foil pan and place upside-down on sheet of waxed paper to thaw, about 10 minutes.
    Flatten thawed pie crust by gently pressing down.
    Spread sausage evenly on top of crust to 1/2-inch from edge.
    Begin at one end and roll up pie crust jelly roll style.
    Cut off excess crust 1/2-inch from each end.
    Slice roll into 1/2-inch slices.
    Arrange slices with cut edge flat on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until crust is browned.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 12 pinwheel appetizers.
