Healthy Breakfast Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
1 Tbsp. orange peel
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Set aside 1 cup white flour.
Mix remaining flours, nuts, yeast, peel and salt.
Heat milk, honey and oil to 125\u00b0 to 130\u00b0; do not boil.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Add enough dry flour reserved to make dough workable. Knead about 8 minutes.
Cover and let rise 10 minutes.
Divide and form into 6 balls and place 3 into each pan that is greased.
Cover and let rise, 30 to 45 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0
for 45 minutes.
Cover loaves with foil last 15 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
