Guacamole Salad Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/4 c. Wish-Bone Italian dressing
    2 dashes hot pepper sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 medium avocados, mashed
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 1/4 c. finely chopped celery, green pepper and onion
Preparation
    In small saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cold water; let stand 1 minute.
    Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in dressing, hot pepper sauce, chili powder and salt.
