Nutty Noodle Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) can Chun King chow mein noodles
    1/2 c. Del Monte seedless raisins
    1/2 c. peanuts
    1/2 c. toasted whole natural almonds
    1/2 c. large flaked coconut
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine noodles, raisins, peanuts, almonds and coconut.
    Heat butter and honey to boiling and remove from heat.
    Stir in the vanilla.
    Pour over noodle mixture. Toss to coat evenly. Spread in a 10 x 15-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Loosen from pan and cool. Store in airtight container.
    Makes 7 cups.
