Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chunk pineapple, drained, reserving juice
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained, reserving juice
    1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 pkg. Jell-O tapioca mix
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
    maraschino cherries
    bananas
Preparation
    Add enough water to reserved juices to make 3 cups liquid. Add remaining ingredients, except fruit.
    Bring to boiling and cook 1 minute. Cool.
    Mix in fruit and maraschino cherries (as many as you like).
    Chill.
    Add several sliced bananas before serving.
