4 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1 onion, sliced
    1 stalk celery
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    mushrooms (if desired)
    potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Place ingredients in casserole in order listed.
    Cover tightly with foil; bake for 4 hours in a 250\u00b0 oven.
